Spend a Summer Saturday at Hagley and relax with fun outdoor activities. These are drop-in activities, so feel free to join the fun at any time during the activity. Included in admission and free to Hagley Members.

Activities Scheduled
June 6 - Wooden Boat Races - Come sail away this Saturday as young visitors decorate, then sail, a boat in one of Hagley's mill races.
June 27 - Painting on the Brandywine - Paint a watercolor scene of the beautiful Brandywine. Supplies provided.
July 11 - Telegraph & Codebreaking - Before the days of texting, folks sent telegrams. Learn how they did it. Learn to decipher a code commonly used in the Civil War.
July 25 - Theorem Painting - Create a still life painting using stencils.
August 8 - Hand-Cranked Ice Cream - Take a turn cranking an old-fashioned ice cream maker to make a summertime treat.
August 22 - 19th-Century Toys and Games - Enjoy a variety of toys and games that our ancestors played with.
