Application for Craftspeople
Vendor Rules and Regulations
• All work must be original – conceived, designed, and executed by the exhibiting craft artist.
• Participation is required for entire open hours of both days.
• Outdoor booth spaces are 10’ x 10’; some located on grass and some on paved areas. Craftsperson must supply tent and anything else needed. Electric is not provided.
• Outdoor booth fee is $225.00. Please do not send booth fee until notification of acceptance.
• Indoor booth spaces are approximately 8’ x 10’ and some are irregular in shape. A six- foot table, two chairs, and electric can be provided if requested. The number of indoor booth spaces is very limited and will be assigned on a first applied, first supplied basis. Please keep in mind that we need to maintain a good mix of media throughout, so for example if 15 jewelers are the first to apply for indoor spots, they cannot all be assigned indoors. All indoor booths will be located at the Soda House.
• Indoor booth fee is $300.00. Please do not send booth fee until notification of acceptance.
• Booth assignment is at the sole discretion of Hagley Museum and Library.
• A non-refundable application fee of $10 is required with the application.
• Setup is on Friday (daytime) and Saturday morning.
• The event is held rain or shine.
• We require at least three digital images of current work and one image of the booth set-up. Please email the images to hagleycraftfair@hagley.org with the subject line: “Craft Fair 2023 images”. Include with this email a 100- word description of your work with price points.
• ALL applicants must submit digital images.
• Selections of vendors for the Hagley Craft Fair are made at the sole discretion of the Hagley Museum and Library Craft Fair Jury Committee.
