Hagley Car Show: British Invasion
All Hagley Car Show admission is by advance purchase only. No tickets will be available the day of the show.
The Hagley Car Show brings together hundreds of antique and restored cars for what has been called “The Best Car Show in Delaware!” This year’s show includes more than 500 cars from the early 1900s through the late 1990s.
Three special “feature fields” highlight dozens of cars celebrating this year’s theme, "British Invasion." The Car Show also includes a vehicle parade, motoring music, and food trucks in Hagley’s park-like setting.
While at the Car Show, stop by the exhibition Du Ponts Down the Road in the 1844 Hagley Barn. The exhibition features historic vehicles created from 1890 to 1941 and ranging from a horse-drawn carriage to an early electric car to a WWII Era Indian Motorcycle—all owned and used by members of the du Pont family. Highlights of the new exhibition include a 1918 Cadillac and a 1928 DuPont Motors Model G Phaeton.
Proceeds from the Hagley Car Show support Hagley Museum and Library, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, in fulfilling its mission to “inspire all people to be innovative in their own lives.”

Interest in the Hagley Car Show is greater than the physical capacity of our historic property. To improve the experience for all guests, starting in 2024, spectator admission to the show will be limited, sold by the carload rather than individual tickets, and available for advance purchase only. Parking passes will be mailed in advance of the show. No day-of-show admission will be available. Event traffic flow has been overhauled for guests’ convenience. Admission is by the carload (with up to 8 guests) rather than individual tickets. Admission is:
• Hagley Members: $25 per carload (up to 8 guests)
• General Public: $30 per carload (up to 8 guests)
Advance admission closes upon sell-out or on September 10, 2024, whichever comes first.
Tickets purchased after August 28 must be picked up on site at Will Call.
