Ways to Save on Hagley Museum Admission
All reduced rate admissions listed below must be purchased onsite. Tickets through the discount programs below are not available through online, advance sales.
ACCESS Pass
Hagley proudly participates in the Art-Reach ACCESS Program. ACCESS/EBT Cardholders, and Art-Reach ACCESS Cardholders may receive $2 admission for the cardholder and up to 3 guests. This discount may not be valid for special events/exhibits, sold out events, or combined with other discount offers. Visitors must show their ACCESS Card and valid photo ID to receive your tickets on the day of your visit. For more information about the ACCESS Program, please visit http://www.art-reach.org/access.
Museums for All
Visitors from all states, other than Delaware, with EBT/SNAP Cards receive admission for up to four people, at $2 each. Visitors must present their EBT/SNAP Card with a photo ID to receive the discount. Offer valid only for general admission and Summer Nights at Hagley. Blue Star Museums
Blue Star Museums is a partnership between the National Endowment for the Arts and Blue Star Families, in collaboration with the Department of Defense and museums across America, offering free admission to the nation’s active-duty military personnel and their families, including National Guard and Reserve. The 2024 Blue Star Museums program begins on Armed Forces Day, Saturday, May 18, 2024 and ends on Labor Day, Monday, September 2, 2024. Click here for more information.
Museum Professionals
Museum professionals at other museums are invited to experience Hagley at no cost during normal operating hours. Museum professionals receive free admission to Hagley by showing their museum ID or their business card in combination with their government issued photo ID at the ticketing desk. Free admission is for the qualifying museum professional only.
Brandywine Treasure Trail Passport
Follow the 2024 Brandywine Treasure Trail Passport to 12 inspiring attractions across Wilmington and the Brandywine Valley. Visit Hagley Museum and Library; Longwood Gardens; Nemours Estate; Winterthur Museum, Garden & Library; and so many more. With the Brandywine Treasure Trail Passport, you can explore at your own pace, whether it's over a long weekend away, or spread across the entire spring, summer and fall. The 2024 Brandywine Treasure Trail Passport is valid for use from May 25, 2024, through October 31, 2024. Delaware Public libraries Museum Pass Program
The Museum Pass Program provides free admission to museums throughout Delaware, including Hagley. Passes are available to adult Delaware Library cardholders (18 years+). All pass reservations are processed through the MuseumKey link which can be found on the public library’s website under the services tab. Patrons can access the page from home or in the library to reserve passes. It’s your free entry to art, culture, entertainment, and so much more. Click here to learn more.
Smithsonian Affiliate
Hagley Museum and Library is the first and only Smithsonian Affiliate in Delaware. Smithsonian Members or members at museums with Smithsonian Affiliation can present their Smithsonian Affiliate Membership card at the ticketing desk and enjoy free admission for two during regular museum operations. North American Reciprocal Museum Association (NARM)
Individuals and families simply find their favorite NARM participating institution and become members at the NARM level of membership. Bring your NARM level membership card from a participating institution and receive free admission to Hagley based on the comparable Hagley membership level. Offer valid during normal operations.
